Fred Webster, MBA
Fred Webster is a 50 year son, 26 year husband, and 21 year father of two who has enjoyed over two decades of executive healthcare experience. He has had the pleasure of serving as a leader and mentor for successful sales and development teams at companies such as GlaxoSmithKline and HCA Healthcare.
Fred brings a passion for innovation, process improvement and personal development to his career ownership coaching style.

After working with Fred, his clients can choose to own their career instead of their career owning them. His goal is a 100% success rate for those who are open minded enough to complete the coaching process.
Fred and his wife are avid travelers, both internationally and domestically. They particularly enjoy Mexico and Europe and hope to get to Asia when time allows. When asked, Fred will always join you for a tee time, as a passionate lover of golf and all of its history. At home, Fred enjoys the friendship of a fantastic furry friend, ‘Lil Reggie, a French Bulldog who is the apple of his eye.
A graduate of Colby College in Waterville, Maine, and the holder of a Masters of Business Administration from Boise State University, Fred is a long-time Idaho resident. He is fluent in English, Franglais and cinematic trivia.
